Karolina Vasiliev is an ambitious upcoming real estate agent based in Clinton County in New York. Her vast knowledge about architecture, interest in art, and with her interpersonal skills makes for a truly great realtor.
Karolina is transitioning from a part time realtor to a full-time real estate agent. She needs help setting up her brand identity, to be able to set up her social media, and eventually a fully functional website.

Research
To begin the process, I researched real estate agents and their brand identities. Looked at the smaller details such as typefaces used, colors, location, themes, and pictures.
A part of the discovery process was noticing the frequent use of royal blue and gold together. Logos for Metropolitan areas differed from the ones focused on mostly suburban areas. Fonts portray a luxurious and a modern style, with a dark background, for contrast.
Ideation
After having done the research and understanding the field a bit more, I began sketching concept art for the logo for the client. During the meeting, I had the client pick the three sketches representing her vision for her brand. To do so I started looking for good color schemes, typefaces, and pictures to represent the brand.

Revisions
Changes were being made through the entire development process with it being very closely intertwined with the revision process. Through changes and guidance from the client a final mockup was able to be created, this ensured that the end product would be the best for Karolina as a client to represent her and her brand.
